Revocation right for consumers

Revocation right
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the day,
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately
Refund conditions for Fine Art Prints: The fine art prints are shipped in sturdy rolls and should not be damaged. However, if you notice any damage, please make pictures and contact me with your oder number at: info@sharelosthomes.com. If an image is damaged or the wrong print has been delivered, we will send you a replacement print free of charge. There are no additional shipping charges. Refunds will not be accepted. However, if you do not like the picture you ordered, you can exchange it for another print once within 14 days of receiving the goods, which we will be happy to organize for you. The customer covers the shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on sale items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund conditions for Artworks: If the artwork is damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging and the painting and contact us with your order number at: info@sharelosthomes.com. Together we will find a solution to the problem. You can return the ordered artwork without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt. Take pictures of the artwork and notify us of your return via the email address provided. The shipment must be in the original packaging and the customer covers the shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected your return we let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund may take a few days.
Refund conditions for Calendars: You can return the calendars without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us of your return with the order number by email at: info@sharelosthomes.com. The customer covers the shipping costs. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund may take a few days.
